Date Sold 12/21/2021 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 2 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Stolen Ranch, the 1926 William Wyler silent cowboy western (about two friends who return to their home after World War I, but one has shell shock [PTSD] and needs the other help him find out why strangers are running his home ranch!) starring Lloyd Hamilton, Ben Alexander, Matt Moore, Patsy Ruth Miller, and Mary Carr. Note that Mary Carr became a major star in the mid 1910s around the age of 40, playing the parts of saintly mothers. She continued to make movies (switching to grandmother roles) through the mid 1930s, and then continued with mostly uncredited parts until the mid 1950s. She passed away in 1973 at the age of 99. Note also that this is director William Wyler's second movie! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this early William Wyler cowboy western is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we were consigned these two lobby cards! Condition: good to very good. The card pictured at top has a tear at left that has been repaired with tape from the back. Each has some defects around the edges that can be seen in our super-sized images.
