Also included is a herald that has 4 pages. (Learn More) Reflections in a Golden Eye, the bizarre 1967 John Huston military romantic thriller ("In the loosest sense he is her husband... And in the loosest way she is his wife!"; "Most women in her situation would do the very same thing! They just wouldn't do it as well, or as often!"; "Leave the children home."; "Based on the Novel by Carson McCullers"; "Screenplay by Chapman Mortimer and Gladys Hill"; with gay homosexual overtones) starring Elizabeth Taylor ("Elizabeth Taylor: The Major's wife - the kind of woman every man wants... except her husband."), Marlon Brando, Brian Keith ("Brian Keith: The Colonel - he had the roughest job in the army, taking care of the major's wife."), Julie Harris ("Julie Harris: The Colonel's wife - she does not desire... she does not lust. She watches those who do."), Robert Forster (in his first movie role), Zorro David (a beautician and painter who made this one movie!), and Harvey Keitel (in an uncredited role in his first film) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that when studios would prepare pressbooks they would often include a sample of the herald. Most often, the herald is no longer still with the pressbook. Sometimes, the herald by itself will sell for almost as much as the rest of the entire pressbook! This pressbook contains the original herald that was included with it, and it is pictured next to the pressbook below. Also note that we have provided an image of the front and back covers of this pressbook, and of course, the winner of this auction will receive the entire single pressbook we are auctioning (plus any supplements or heralds described above)! Also note that this pressbook is complete and uncut! Given that theater owners purchased pressbooks partly in order to create their newspaper advertising, and quite frequently cut them up for that purpose, it is rare to find a pressbook that IS complete and uncut! Condition: good to very good, NO CUTS. There are many faint smudges scattered on the gold covers, but the pressbook is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
