Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster originally had a blank top that was neatly trimmed off (this is commonly done with Belgian posters, similar to how the blank top is trimmed off of U.S. window cards). The poster was folded once in each direction and there were some tiny creases and scuffs on both folds. There were some tears around the edges, with some going into the image. One in the bottom border has a piece of clear tape over it that the restorer did not remove. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
