Umberto D., the classic 1952 Vittorio De Sica Italian neorealism dignity-of-the-elderly melodrama starring Carlo Battisti (in the title role as Umberto), Maria-Pia Casilio, Lina Gennari, Ileana Simova, Elena Rea, and Memmo Carotenuto

Important Added Info: This Argentinean poster measures approximately 29" x 43".

Condition: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and creases and tiny tears along most foldlines. There were pinholes around the edges of the poster and all four sides of the poster had been folded over at one time, entering into the edges of the image on all four sides. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not at all distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
