Cuore di mamam (released in English-speaking countries as "Mother's Heart"), the 1969 Salvatore Samperi Italian bizarre family relationship sadomasochistic Communist anarchist melodrama (this sounds like one of the most bizarre movies ever, but it appears to not be widely known; the Italian posters show a mother holding a naked toddler wearing a Nazi SS helmet which give you an idea of how strange the movie is) starring Carla Gravina, Beba Loncar, Philippe Leroy, Yorgo Voyagis, and Paolo Graziosi
