Wells' Fantastic Sensation"; "Screen play by R.C. Sheriff"; based on the novel by H.G. Wells; about a man who invents a potion that makes him invisible, but it also makes him go insane) starring Gloria Stuart, Claude Rains (in the title role as the Invisible Man), William Harrigan, Dudley Digges, Una O'Connor, Henry Travers, Forrester Harvey, and E.E. Clive NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release cards from this classic 1933 Universal horror movie are beyond rare. The cards from this 1948 re-release are also difficult to find, and are far more affordable, making them a very attractive alternative to the 1933 cards! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. Someone very lightly started to fold the card vertically in the right one-quarter of the card, but apparently thought better of it. You can see the trace of that fold on the back of the card, but hardly at all from the front. There are also some very faint creases and scuffs scattered in the right one-quarter of the card, but they are also not very noticeable from the front. There are tiny stains on the back of the bottom right corner and a few faint smudges on the front of the lower part of the right blank border (see our images). Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
