Santo Contra los Zombies (literally translates to "Santos VS. the Zombies"), the 1962 Benito Alzraki Mexican science fiction (sci-fi) sports wrestling masked wrestler luchador horror thriller (Santo has to battle a scientist who has created an army of zombies!) starring Santo, Lorena Velazquez, Jaime Fernandez, Armando Silvestre, Irma Serrano, Carlos Agosti, and Ramon Bugarini. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two examples of this Spanish poster, and only one in the last 16 years!

Note that we have seen a different Spanish poster for this movie, which has a very similar image, but there are differences between the two posters, including in the coloring, and they were printed by different printers. We don't know if one poster predates the other, but both are dated 1964, so if one postdates the other, it would seem to be from the first continuous release. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had pretty minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
