There are creases and some tears around the edges, and there are some dot stains, smudges and creases scattered in the image, typical of 40x60s of this period (see our image). There is MUCH pen writing on the back of the poster (it was used as a sign), some of which slightly bleeds through to the front, but given the thickness of the paper it is not very noticeable or distracting. Many of the tears or other defects as described above have been repaired with several pieces of tape from the back.
