NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this is 1 of 29 great two-page trade ads taken out of Kinematograph Weekly English trade magazines. Studios would run these elaborate 2-page ads in issues of this magazine, and they often had images not found on any of the regular movie posters (either English or U.S.). This 2-page trade ad was removed from a 1953 issue of this magazine, and it will look incredible displayed on the new owner's wall. The back of those two pages have text or ads for other movies from that time, and we have not pictured those back pages, because, of course, the primary interest to bidders is the great two-page color ad, which measures 11" x 17". Earlier in 2018, we auctioned 18 similar 2-page English trade ads, and all but a handful auctioned for $20 each or more, and two sold for over $100 each! Condition: very good. The trade ad was removed from a magazine, and there is paper residue on the back of the center of the pages, but it is otherwise in pretty nice condition (see our image).
