Date Sold 10/3/2017Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Autographed 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Debra Paget is an actress from the 1940s to the 1960s. She appeared opposite Elvis Presley in his first movie, Love Me Tender, and she had one of the sexiest on screen scenes ever in The Indian Tomb, where her "snake dance" must be seen to be believed (it is on YouTube). In 1963, she left Hollywood after marrying an oil executive. She had a child with him and they divorced in 1980, and she became a born again Christian, hosting a show on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Some of her other movies include: The Ten Commandments (as Lilia), Broken Arrow, and It Happens Every Spring. As of 2022, she is still alive at the age of 88! Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Debra Paget! Apparently, Miss Paget became quite religious in her later years, because she added "John 3:16" to her inscription. Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
