South Riding, the 1938 Victor Saville English family relationship romantic love triangle melodrama ("Behind the scenes in the lives of people you all know!"; based on the novel by Winifred Holtby; produced by Alexander Korda; about a local squire who is almost bankrupt from paying for his mentally ill wife's care in a sanitarium, and he has to send his daughter to a public school, and he meets the headmistress of the school, which leads to interesting developments) starring Ralph Richardson, Edna Best, Edmund Gwenn, Ann Todd, and Victor Saville

Condition: very good. There are faint scuffs in the image area through the woman's face. There is a pinhole in the center of the right blank border.
