Note that this poster was stamped "FOREIGN" which means it was printed for use outside the United States (there would also have been posters stamped "DOMESTIC" for use within the United States). EXCEPT the NSS stamp and another ink pad stamp from the back bleed through in the lower center of the image background. There are a few smudges around the edges of the image background.
