An Original Vintage Unfolded World War I Navy Recruiting Poster (measures 29 1/4" x 46 1/4") (Learn More)

The Service for Travel and Training, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) Navy military recruitment poster ("The Navy put 'em across!"; "Ages 17 to 35"; "Apply Navy Recruiting Station") encouraging men to enlist, and featuring Henry Reuterdahl artwork of a sailor carrying a soldier over the water.
Artist: Henry Reuterdahl, U.S.N.

Condition: good to very good. There are creases, smudges, and tears in the top and bottom 2" of the poster and there are some creases, smudges, and stains in the left and right borders. There are a few scattered creases throughout the image, but it is overall in pretty good condition, especially considering it is nearly 90 years-old! After a simple linenbacking, the poster will look great, and there will be little paint restoration anywhere in the image!
