That's Brenda Marshall and not bad either! ...with Marjorie Rambeau") starring John Garfield, Brenda Marshall, Marjorie Rambeau, George Tobias, William Lundigan, Jack La Rue, and Douglas Fowley NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Wik Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had stains at the bottom of the top blank area, likely where a snipe was once attached. It had a few small tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
