Never mind the wine and the song!'"; about a singer who inherits a department store, and she hires a detective to protect her from its crooked manager) starring The Marx Brothers (Groucho Marx [as Wolf J. Flywheel], Chico Marx [as Ravelli], and Harpo Marx [as Wacky]), Tony Martin, Virginia Grey, Margaret Dumont, Douglass Dumbrille, Marion Martin, Henry Armetta, and Ann Demitrio. Artist: Al Hirschfeld

Condition: good. There is surface paper loss down the top 2/3 of the right blank border and surface paper loss and some tiny paper loss in the top blank border. I consider the above to be minor defects, because there are only a couple of places where this at all extends into the edge of the green background area, and it does not affect any of the writing or image. There is a diagonal line of light water staining starting in the "R" of "MARX" and running across the poster to the right border, just touching the edge of the girl's tiara, but otherwise solely in the yellow background and slightly in the letters. There are pinholes in the corners. The bottom 2" of the poster was very lightly folded back at one time. Other than the above defects, the poster is in pretty nice condition. The defects are basically minor, and it is likely that the light water staining can be removed by chemical means. After paperbacking by a top professional, this great poster would look fantastic, and there would be little paint restoration anywhere on it!
