An Original 1914 (from the first release of this movie in the U.K.) Vintage Theatrical Folded English Three-Sheet (called a 6sh in England) Movie Poster (3sh; measures 40" x 88 1/4" [102 x 224 cm]) (Learn More) His Hour of Triumph, the 1913 George Loane Tucker silent stage acting melodrama short (a wild story of a producer who has a great stage play script, but no actor who can play the lead role, and then an impoverished author with a sick wife comes to him with a script, and he asks the producer if he can read him the script, and he lets the man do so, but quickly realizes the script is awful, but he is very impressed by the author's talent in reading it, so when he finishes, he pays the man for the script and then throws it in the fireplace, telling him he will instead hire him to star in his play, and the man agrees because his wife is so sick, and then the play goes on and at first, the audience is indifferent, but by the end, they are cheering wildly and say he is the greatest living actor, but as the curtain comes down, he gets the message that his wife has died!) starring William E. Also note that this English three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Condition: fair to good. The poster is fragile. There is scattered light stains on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded, and there are some tears in that area, and some fold and border defects.
