An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 7 1/2" x 8 1/4" [19 x 21 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

George Coulouris was an English actor from the 1930s to the 1980s. He appeared in 132 different roles, but he is certainly best remembered for his role as Walter Parks Thatcher in "Citizen Kane". He passed away in 1989 at the age of 85.
Important Added Info: Note that this rare original 1941 Citizen Kane still has been personally autographed (signed) by George Coulouris! The still has a wonderful snipe on the back indicating that it was written not long before the 1942 Academy Awards ceremony, and it tells how "the spotlight will be on Orson Welles" and his four nominations, and it asks whether Citizen Kane will be the "year's best picture"! Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 7 1/2" x 8 1/4" [19 x 21 cm]. Note that this still was in the legendary collection of stills assembled by Robert Scherl (known as "Bob" to his friends), and he met Mr. Coulouris in person, and obtained this autograph from him.

Condition: good. The still was neatly trimmed around the edges and there is slight rippling throughout caused by the snipe glued to the back, but these defects do not detract very much from the appearance of the still, and it will look wonderful framed exactly as it is!
