An Undated (probably 1940s) Re-Release (re-titled "Gangsters On the Loose" for this re-release) Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Bargain with Bullets, the 1937 Harry L. Fraser Toddy black African American romantic love triangle crime thriller ("All Colored Star Cast"; about a gangster who kills a man during a robbery, and about the two women he is involved with, and the detective who is pursuing him) starring Ralph Cooper, Theresa Harris, Laurence Criner, Edward Thompson, Frances Turham, and Les Hites 'Cotton Club Orchestra. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. Also note that any movie paper from the 1937 first release of this movie is beyond rare. At some point in the 1940s, Toddy Pictures bought the rights to it, and re-released it as "Gangsters on the Loose", and material from that Toddy release is also extremely rare!
