An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

The Sons of the Pioneers, the 1942 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western musical ("Based on an original story by Mauri Grashin and Robert T. Shannon") starring Roy Rogers, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Maris Wrixon, Bob Nolan and The Sons of the Pioneers, and Trigger (who was not yet billed on first release posters in this early Roy Rogers film). Note that The Sons of the Pioneers were a popular singing group who appeared in many Roy Rogers westerns, but this movie was named after them!

Condition: good. There are many tiny dot stains and some small tears and indentations scattered throughout the poster (mostly at middle left). There is a 2" tear in the title area at left and there is some tattering along the foldlines and edges of the poster. It is certainly possible that a professional restorer or talented amateur could linenback this poster and it would look great but please bid knowing that it will likely require some restoration before it can be properly displayed.
