An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Special Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 35 1/4" [71 x 90 cm]) (Learn More)

News of First National Pictures, the 1924 poster promoting then-current and upcoming First National silent movies and the stars of those movies. Note that the entire poster is presented in the form of a mock newspaper page, and would have been exhibited outside of theaters showing First National silents. The movies advertised are: Love's Wilderness, Christine of the Hungry Heart, and So Big
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that in the late 1910s and early 1920s, studios would sometimes prepare special posters that were one-sheet sized and printed on the same sort of paper, giving details about upcoming releases, and the theaters could display them in the regular one-sheet cases, to let customers know what was coming soon, but the posters are not strictly one-sheets, but rather special promotional posters. Also note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 28 1/4" x 35 1/2" (it likely originally measured 28" x 42").

Condition: fair to good. An unknown amount has been trimmed from the bottom edge of the poster. There are stains at upper left. There is tattering and separation at the crossfolds and around the edges of the poster. There are creases throughout the poster from it being oddly folded.
