An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Esther Williams was a former swimming and diving champion, who became an extremely popular actress from the 1940s to the 1960s, often, but not always, in MGM movies that showcased her swimming talents. Some of her movies include: Million Dollar Mermaid, Take Me Out to the Ball Game, Dangerous When Wet, and Jupiter's Darling. She passed away in 2013 at the age of 91. Important Added Info: Note that this is from a special set of stills that was created in 1951, which shows then famous movie actors both as they appear in an upcoming movie, and how they appeared as a child, along with biographical information about them, with the heading "Then and Now". We have been consigned 15 different ones (which we are auctioning in 15 separate auctions), but we don't know if that is all that were made, or if there were even more than that.
