Condition: very good. theater name and play date written in the top blank area of the card; card has darkened slightly (more so in the upper right blank area); 1/2" circular area of paper loss in the lower right edge as well as some creases in that area; tack hole in the upper right blank corner and two tiny tears in the upper left blank border; very minor scuffs and smudges throughout the card
