An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Hello Cheyenne, the 1928 Eugene Forde (billed as "Gene Forde") silent Wyoming romantic telephone company cowboy western ("A Daredevil Cowboy Helps Modernize the West"; "Story by Harry Sinclair Drago"; about two rival phone companies who want to try to be the first to have telephone service between Cheyenne and Rawhide, and Mix is hired by one to protect their workers, and he is sweet on the foreman's daughter, who gets kidnapped, and he rescues her and helps his company win the race!) starring Tom Mix, Tony ("the Wonder Horse"), Caryl Lincoln (who had been a 1929 Wampas Baby Star), Jack Baston, and Martin Faust. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster had separation on the horizontal foldlines and some very minor fold wear. There were pinholes, creases, smudges, tape stains, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster, but almost entirely in the blank borders (although the bottom 2" of the poster had been folded back at one time).
