Note that this movie is always referred to as a "1937" movie, but it actually only had a limited opening in December 1937 (no doubt to qualify for the Oscars), and then it had its wide opening in February 1938. But because it is always referred to as being from 1937, we refer to it that way as well (and of course, it is technically correct). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Gustaf Tenggren Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this 1938 first release French pressbook, which is complete and uncut! Note that, unlike later French pressbooks, this French pressbook is much like a U.S. pressbook and DOES include poster images. Condition: fair to good, NO CUTS. The pressbook is complete and uncut. It was lightly folded down the middle at one time. It has light stains scattered on the covers, with some light stains scattered on the interior two-page spread that has the poster pages, and a few light stains on the other pages as well.
