An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Furnace, the 1920 William Desmond Taylor silent romantic marriage infidelity melodrama ("What does the future hold in store? Happiness or disillusionment?"; about a man and his wife and the man's best friend, who loved the wife before she was married, and she runs off with a Count during a trip to Monte Carlo, and the best friend brings her back, but the husband misunderstands and thinks his wife betrayed him with his best friend; based on the novel by Leslie Beresford [billed as 'Pan']) starring Agnes Ayres, Jerome Patrick, Theodore Roberts, Betty Francisco, and Milton Sills. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a glass slide and a Swedish poster from this movie (and NO other movie paper) until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. Note that in May 2018, we auctioned a collection of 120 board games that sold for as much as $903, and only a handful went for under $10 each, and now we have been consigned another 61 that come from a variety of consignors, which covers all decades and genres. Most are movie or TV related in some way (often based on a specific movie or TV show, but sometimes on a character). All of the games were actually used and played with. We can't say if the games are complete, especially in regards to the small pieces. We have photographed the cover of the game, the inside of the cover (if relevant), the board, and the game pieces, and we include the length and width measurements of the box. Please look at our images to tell both the overall condition of the game, and to see if it appears to be complete. We have assigned each game an overall condition grade, but because we are FAR from experts in these board games, we don't have a basis for how to grade them, and we are just taking a good guess as to how to grade them. Also, please do not ask any questions about them, because we won't know the answers, beyond what can be seen in our images. We also have already packed the games so that they will be quickly ready to ship, so they can't be opened, and therefore we can't look at any of them to give further information beyond what is seen in our images. This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase many of these games at one time! If you bought them one at a time, you would have to pay postage on each package, but if you purchase a group of these from this set of auctions, we will combine as many as possible into a single box, which will save you much on shipping. All of these 61 board games will have new owners when these auctions end, because all are being sold with no reserve, and all start at just $1! Learn More about condition grades
