An Unfolded Belgian Travel Poster (measures 28" x 42" [71 x 107 cm]) (Learn More) Sabena: Europe, the 1958 Belgian airline aviation airplane travel poster ("See more of Europe"; "The new Sabena way"; "Belgian World Airlines") encouraging people to use Sabena (the national airline of Belgium) when flying to Europe. Note that this poster features Aaron Fine art of a Sabena helicopter and jet and the Grand Place square in Brussels with the Atomium in the background. The Atomium is a landmark modernist building in Brussels which was originally constructed as the centerpiece of the 1958 Brussels World's Fair (Expo '58). Artist: Aaron Fine Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has creases and tears of varying lengths (approximately 1" or less) along portions of some edges (see our image) and most of them are backed with long strips of clear tape in the corners.
