An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) A Bill of Divorcement, the 1940 John Farrow romantic family divorce melodrama ("Screen play by Dalton Trumbo"; "From the play by Clemence Dane") starring Maureen O'Hara, Adolphe Menjou, Fay Bainter, Herbert Marshall, Dame May Whitty, Patric Knowles, C. Aubrey Smith, and Ernest Cossart. Note that this play had been filmed previously in 1932 with Katharine Hepburn in her first role (and with John Barrymore and Billie Burke as her parents). The poster had surface paper loss at top center, in the background area below the title and directly above the "HA" of "O'HARA" (it also affected the first "A" of "O'HARA"). It had minor wear on the folds and pinholes in the corners. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
