An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Two-Panel (known in Italy as a "4 Fogli") Movie Poster (2p; measures 55" x 78") (Learn More) Maciste Nella Terra dei Ciclopi (released in the U.S. as "Atlas Against the Cyclops" and released in other English-speaking countries as "Monster From The Unknown World"), the 1961 Antonio Leonviola Italian sword-and-sandal adventure fantasy starring Gordon Mitchell (billed as "Mitchell Gordon"; in the title role as Maciste/Atlas), Chelo Alonso, Vera Silenti, Dante DiPaolo, Aldo Bufi Landi, Raffaella Pelloni, Paul Wynter, Massimo Righi, Germano Longo, Fabio (the famous model for romance novel covers; as a baby!), and Aldo Pedinotti (in the title role as the cyclops monster!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Deseta Important Added Info: The poster was folded in half an extra time. This poster has been kraftbacked, which means it was backed onto a white paper soon after it was printed (this process is called "kraft-backing", and posters with it are called "kraft-backed"). One could have it professionally removed from the kraft paper and linenbacked, and it would look great! Also note that this is a rare "country of origin" poster for this Italian movie! Note that this Italian two-panel poster was printed in 2 sections (designed to overlap) and when combined, the poster measures 55" x 78". Condition: good. After the poster was glued on the white paper backing, the borders were folded over and glued over the front of the borders. There is a small censor stamp in the bottom right of the image and a larger stamp in the middle right of the image. There is some tape on the back of the poster, covering separations on parts of some of the foldlines. Learn More about condition grades
