Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. Prior to paperbacking, the poster had paper loss at the crossfolds with creases, tiny tears, and some paper loss scattered down the vertical foldline and a lesser amount of wear on the horizontal folds. It had pinholes and tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to paperbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, and the horizontal folds are "returning" to the poster (likely because it was rolled in the wrong direction; they will not show if the poster is framed, and of course, it can be placed under weight, which would minimize those returned folds).
