An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) The Poor Rich Man, the 1918 Charles Brabin silent family relationship romantic comedy ("Story by Elaine Sterne"; about the son of a wealthy man who is content to live off his father's money, so his father pretends to be killed, and leaves his son his fortune only if the son can open a successful business within six months, or his cousin inherits everything; not surprisingly, he and his girlfriend turn a broken down farm into a successful resort, but then the cousin tries to sabotage it, but everything works out in the end) starring Francis X. Bushman, Beverly Bayne, Stuart Holmes, Sally Crute, and William Frederic NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: good to very good. There are some stains and smudges on the surface of the slide, but they likely can be cleaned fairly easily, and otherwise, the slide is in nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
