An Original Vintage Theatrical 7 1/2" x 9 3/4" [19 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Alan Ladd was a major leading actor from the 1930s to the 1960s. Surprisingly, he appeared in a number of movies before he became a major star with his portrayal as a hired killer in "This Gun For Hire" in 1941. Some of his movies include: Shane, The Carpetbaggers, The Glass Key, The Blue Dahlia, and Two Years Before the Mast. He married much older Sue Carol, who had been a major actress in the 1920s and early 1930s, and who had become an agent. They remained married until he passed away in 1964. AND David Ladd is an actor from the 1950s to the present. He is the son of actors Alan Ladd and Sue Carol. He was a child actor, including in several of his father's movies, and as an adult, he became a producer. He married actress Cheryl Ladd. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 7 1/2" x 9 3/4" [19 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Condition: good to very good.
