Important Added Info: Note that first release lobby cards from this most classic movie are very rare, especially the ones with the best scenes and the title card. We have only once before auctioned a complete set (and that was 27 years ago, and that set sold for $1,200 even that long ago), and other than that, we have never auctioned more than one card at once). We would think that the vast majority of first release sets were long ago "broken up" and sold by the card, and that would explain why a complete set from the first release is nearly impossible to find. This gives collectors a rare opportunity to get a complete set all at once, something that would likely take many years to do otherwise! Also note that because these are rare and desirable cards, we have a scans of both the front and the back of every card (something we normally don't do with lobby sets), which should greatly help you see what defects they have. Condition: very good. The cards are generally in pretty nice condition and none of them have any restoration. They have varying amounts of pretty minor border wear, with some creases, smudges, and scuffs around the edges of parts of some cards, with a few fine scuffs in some of the images. Card #2 has a small tear in the left of the top border, but otherwise, none of the cards have any tears, and fortunately, they don't have pinholes either. They are very close to a "very good to fine" rating, and I would think the new owner will be very happy to own them! Learn More about condition grades
