An Original Vintage Tri-Folded Billboard Advertising Poster (measures approximately 9' x 20') (Learn More) U.S. Savings Bonds, the 1948 billboard advertising poster ("Best nest egg ever!") encouraging citizens to plan for the future by investing in U.S. Savings Bonds and featuring art of a happy farmer looking at an egg in a nest. Important Added Info: Note that this billboard advertising poster was printed in 12 sections designed to overlap. Also note this poster was folded in a way that makes it resemble a tri-folded six-sheet (only much larger, of course, as there are more sections). But the length and width of the folded poster is just about the same as that of a folded six-sheet or three-sheet. This means that this poster needs to be sent in an oversized flat package, which will measure roughly 16" x 38", and approximately 2" high, and it will cost more to send than a regular sized package. Condition: very good. There are some tears and minor stains and smudges on parts of the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded, and you can see some faint staining in the top left white background area, and a small bit in the rest of the poster. Otherwise, the poster has pretty minor wear on the folds and in the borders and generally has survived in pretty nice condition, especially considering its size and age!
