An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Fighting Dude, the 1925 Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle (billed as "William Goodrich") silent boxing sports comedy short starring Lupino Lane (in the title role as "The Dude"), Wallace Lupino, George Davis, Virginia Vance, and Glen Cavender. Note that after Fatty Arbuckle's career as an actor was ended by the scandal involving a girl dying at a "wild party", he was able to direct some movies, but only under pseudonyms, as in this case. This was one of the shorts that Arbuckle directed before passing away in 1933. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1925 movie paper from this short is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are tack holes with tiny stains in each corner and the card has slightly darkened around the edges. There is a long area of surface paper loss on the back of the center of the card, where tape was roughly removed, but it has no effect on the front (see our images).
