He rose to worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles. He also had a few screen roles (mostly with The Beatles) in films such as A Hard Day's Night, Let It Be, Yellow Submarine, and Help! Of course, Lennon also had a successful solo career, as well as advocating for peace with his wife Yoko Ono. Sadly, he was assassinated in 1980 at the age of 40 by a fan, who is still incarcerated for Lennon's murder today. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by John Lennon! Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall!
