Rogell college university school musical romantic love triangle screwball comedy ("It's Hey-Heywire! It's Gaga-Lorious!"; "Get a cuckoo college education in laughter, gals and syncopation!"; about a movie star who quits to enroll in college, but the students discover he is not as good at football as he pretended to be in his movies, and he loves the dean's daughter, and manages to win her back) starring Jimmy Durante, Walter Connolly, Joan Perry, Charles Starrett, Craig E. Earle (billed as "Professor Quiz"), Gertrude Niesen, Raymond Walburn, The Three Stooges (Moe Howard, Larry Fine, and Curly Howard), Hal LeRoy, Johnny Green ("and his orchestra"), Charles R. Moore, Ernest Truex, Virginia Dale, Chaz Chase, Jimmy Wallington, Broderick Crawford, and Louis Prima ("with his band"), and. Note that Joan Perry had been a former model who was discovered by Columbia head Harry Cohn. He put her in a bunch of movies, and then married her, and in 1941, she retired.
