There are creases, smudges, and scuffs scattered in some areas and there are some patches of surface paper loss at lower right from rough removal of tape. There is heavy fold and border wear. There is a piece of tape to the upper left of the title. There is separation in the upper vertical foldline and there is separation in some crossfolds.
