Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster was never folded. It was mounted on a thin linen with no excess, right after it was made. Likely after it was mounted on linen, it acquired a large number of creases down the right 4" and a lesser number of creases in the other three borders, with some creases scattered throughout the image. Obviously, this poster can be removed from the old linen and re-backed, but bear its very significant defects in mind before bidding on it.
