Wow! What a Spot!"; "Based on an Original Story by Inez Wallace", very loosely based on the novel 'Jane Eyre' by Charlotte Bronte; "Screenplay by Curt Siodmak & Ardel Wray") starring James Ellison, Frances Dee, Tom Conway, Edith Barrett, James Bell, Christine Gordon, and Darby Jones NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1943 posters on this title have always been extremely rare! Likely this is because the movie was re-released in 1956, and it may well be that the original posters were either destroyed or used up during that re-release. In addition, RKO at this time used better printing for their inserts than they did for their one-sheets, and of course, the full-length female zombie image works fantastic in the insert format! Also note that while this poster is not backed, it has had restoration that means that it should not be folded (of course), and we think it would be a mistake to roll it, because of its value, so we will send this poster in a large flat package. Condition: very good. The poster had some pinholes and tiny tears around the edges. There was a 3" tear in the middle left of the poster and a semi-circular area of paper loss in the upper right border, slightly extending into the finger of the zombie. There were water stains in the lower left and lower right borders, slightly extending into the edge of the image. A talented restorer pressed and flattened the poster, and did some tape restoration from the back, but without backing the poster. They then expertly touched up the defects on the front of the poster described above. The poster will display great on anyone's wall! Learn More about condition grades
