49 Up, the 2005 Michael Apted & Paul Almond English made-for-tv biographical documentary ("In 1964 a group of seven year old children were interviewed for the documentary 'Seven Up'. They've been filmed every seven years since. Now they are 49"; released theatrically in the U.S.) featuring Bruce Balden, Jacqueline Bassett, Symon Basterfield, Andrew Brackfield, and John Brisby. Beginning in 1963, Michael Apted created a documentary for BBC television examining the lives of a group of 14 seven year-olds, from different socio-economic backgrounds. Each succeeding seven years, Apted re-examined the same people (over the years, a couple have dropped out).
