The first motion picture from the creators of 'The Bridge On The River Kwai.'"; "A mighty spectacle of action and adventure!"; produced by Sam Spiegel and David Lean; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Alec Guinness, Anthony Quinn, Jack Hawkins, Jose Ferrer, Anthony Quayle, Claude Rains, Arthur Kennedy, Omar Sharif (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film; "as 'Ali'"), Peter O'Toole (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; in the title role as T.E. Lawrence; billed as "introducing Peter O'Toole as Lawrence"; which is odd, because he had small parts in several movies prior to this one!), and Zia Mohyeddin NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. Each still has a few light creases scattered in various areas (most are only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light) however still #2 has a more distinct crease at upper left. Still #3 has a jagged 1" tear in the upper edge, and a semi-circular jagged 3" tear at in the center of the lower edge (both have been repaired with tape from the back.) Still #4 has tack holes around the edges but is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Still #8 (pictured at upper left) has a light diagonal crease extending from the upper left corner to the right edge (crossing through the star's hand) and there is a tiny scuff at upper right in the background. Stills #5 and #6 (the desert scenes) have several pinholes and scuffs at center. Overall, some of the stills have various defects, and several that feature the top stars are in pretty nice condition.
