Kane's weapon is himself."; "What makes an ex-cop take the law in to his own hands?"; "Chuck Norris doesn't need a weapon. he is a weapon!"; "Story by James Burner") starring Chuck Norris ("as Kane"), Christopher Lee, Richard Roundtree, James Shigeta, Maggie Cooper (billed as "introducing Maggie Cooper as Heather Sullivan"), Matt Clark, and Mako.
