Korn (also known as Kornbrand or Kornbranntwein) is a German colorless distilled beverage produced from fermented cereal grain seed. In the production of Korn only the cereal grain types rye, wheat, barley, oats and buckwheat are permissible. The addition of food coloring, flavorings, or sweeteners is not permitted. Korn differs from vodka in that it is distilled to lower alcoholic proofs and less rigorously filtered, which leaves more of the cereal grain flavor in the finished spirit. Important Added Info: Note that we think that what is offered here is likely a circa 1960s REPRODUCTION of a circa 1910s German advertising poster. We have no idea who made it, and we are guessing on when it was made, but it does not seem like it could possibly be from the 1910s. Please do not bid on it unless you can accept the uncertainty as to when it is from. Also, the poster has a metal bracket at the top and bottom. Therefore, we will send it individually in its own tube, so the metal does not damage any other posters, so realize that it cannot be combined with other posters. Condition: good. There are creases scattered down the left and right edges of the poster, with four longer creases scattered down the right, and a repaired tear in the bottom right corner.
