Note that theaters showing Bob Steele 1930s or 1940s movies would order this stock poster, sometimes overprinted with a specific title, and sometimes blank in that bottom area (where the theater could either place a snipe in the bottom white area or hand write in the name of the particular Bob Steele movie they were showing that week), thus getting many posters for the price of one! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the top crossfold and tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had four 3" to 6" vertical tears to the left and right of the middle crossfold. It had small tears and tiny paper loss on parts of several folds, and pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking.
