Pirate Party on Catalina Isle, the 1935 Gene Burdette California variety show comedy short ("Photographed in Technicolor"; about real life stars watching performers in a pirate themed party on Catalina Island off the coast of Los Angeles; many top stars participated, including ones not under contract to MGM, like Cary Grant!) starring Marion Davies, Cary Grant, Lee Tracy, Virginia Bruce, Sid Silvers, Chester Morris, Leon Errol, Robert Armstrong (billed as "Robt. Armstrong"), Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Randolph Scott, and Mickey Rooney.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and smudges in the top quarter of the vertical fold. It had tiny paper loss in the bottom of the "P" of "Pirate" in the title, and extending to the left and right. It had minor wear on the other folds and tape stains in the corners. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
