Note that the producers of the movie guessed that a real life flight to Mars would take place in 2001. Of course, this never happened, but now, thanks to Elon Musk, it may happen just a couple of decades past that date! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. We have never before auctioned a six-sheet from this movie before we were consigned this poster, and we have only auctioned one complete example of the three-sheet (we also auctioned an incomplete three-sheet)! Note that this six-sheet was printed in 4 sections designed to overlap. Condition: very good. There are some creases and several tears along the folds that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded.
