Original Vintage Theatrical Argentinean One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 29" x 43 1/4") (Learn More)

Miracolo a Milano (released in the U.S. as "Miracle in Milan"), the 1951 Vittorio De Sica Italian Italy orphan fantasy comedy melodrama (based on the novel 'Toto Il Buono' by Cesare Zavattini; about a baby who is literally found in a cabbage patch and ends up in an orphanage until he is 18, and then he is homeless, and he lives in a camp with other homeless people, and he has eternal optimism and helps them improve their lives against much adversity, and then the movie takes a very surreal turn into pure fantasy!) starring Emma Gramatica, Francesco Golisano, Paolo Stoppa, Riccardo Bertazzolo, Brunella Bovo, A. Bragaglia, Anna Carena, Virgilio Riento, and G. Barnabo. Note that Cesare Zavattini wrote the screenplay from his own novel, and unlike his other earlier collaborations with director De Sica, this movie is not "neorealism", but rather an upbeat fantasy, and at the time, they were criticized for abandoning neorealism, but this movie has many admirers!
