An Original Vintage Autographed Deluxe 5" x 7" [13 x 18 cm] Still (Learn More) Lola Lane was an actress from the 1920s to the 1940s. She was one of the Lane Sisters (three sisters who performed together with Gale Page in a series of movies where they played four sisters). Some of her movies include: Marked Woman, Four Daughters, Murder on a Honeymoon, and Lost Canyon. Note that most people would naturally assume that there were only three Lane sisters in real life, which was why they had to cast a non-sister in the role of the fourth movie sister. But actually, they DID have a fourth sister, Leota, but she had a screen test, and did so poorly that she was sent home (which surely must have made for strained holiday dinners!). Lola passed away in 1981 at the age of 75. Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by Lola Lane! Also note that this still is printed on a deluxe heavyweight paper stock. Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to be authentic.
