An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Pressbook (pb; measures 11" x 17" [28 x 43 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More) The Naked Zoo, the 1971 William Grefe thriller ("the wicked games young swingers play..."; "In Phsychedelic [sic!] Color") starring Rita Hayworth, Stephen Oliver, Fay Spain, Ford Rainey, Fleurette Carter, Willie Pastrano, Joe E. Ross (billed as "Special Guest Star Joe E. Ross"), and Canned Heat (billed as "Special Appearance by Canned Heat"). Note that this was Rita Hayworth's second to last movie, and her final starring role. It is a grade-Z movie, and apparently Hayworth's troubled personal life reduced her acting opportunities to the point to which this was the best movie role she could get, which is quite sad given how major a star she had been. But apparently, she does a good job in the movie! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Given that theater owners purchased pressbooks partly in order to create their newspaper advertising, and quite frequently cut them up for that purpose, it is rare to find a pressbook that IS complete and uncut! Condition: very good, NO CUTS. Note that this pressbook was folded across the center at one time. Because of this, this pressbook can be sent in one of our standard size packages (if it is purchased together with pressbooks that can NOT be folded, then it will of course have to be sent in one of our oversized packages). But if this pressbook is purchased by itself (or solely with other pressbooks that can be folded), then the shipping will be much lower, because it fits in a standard package.
