Note that this movie was re-made in 1981 by Bob Rafelson, starring Jack Nicholson and Jessica Lange NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been trimmed and it now measures 10" x 13" [25 x 33 cm]. Our consignor purchased this exact card from us in 2014, and has now reconsigned it. The new owner will have three options in what to do with this great scene card. One would be to simply display it as it is, since it is mostly only the blank borders that are affected. Another would be to have a restorer replace the missing borders (and there is small writing in the bottom border that could be replaced, and we can provide an excellent scan of that area to the new owner that would greatly aid in that restoration). The third option would be to locate a lesser first release card from this movie and have a restorer use the trimmed borders from that card to recreate the borders that are missing on this card. If that is done, the restorer would have to add the correct card number (#6) that is tiny in the lower right of the card. What ever the new owner chooses, they will have a wonderful card to display! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. The borders have been trimmed from the card and there are some scuff marks and very minor creases scattered throughout. The card is otherwise in pretty nice condition.
